Can I keep any animals on the park?
We do allow pets to be kept on our parks but this is at our discretion.
What are the age restrictions on your parks?
All our parks are exclusively for residents over 55 years of age..
Do you rent out mobile homes?
Some of our parks have mobile homes to rent. Please contact us for details and availability.
Are you parks residential parks?
Yes, all our parks have full residential status.
Can my grand children stay with me?
Our parks are specifically for over 55’s to live permanently on the park. However, adults and children are allowed to stay for short visits.
I have my own mobile home. Can I site it on one of your parks?
Unfortunately, we do not allow residents to site their own homes on any of our plots/pitches.
How much does a park home cost?
This can vary subject to the age , size and condition of the home. RS Hill & Sons Limited sell new homes starting at approximately £100,000.
Can I get a mortgage on a park home?
Mortgages are not available on a park home. However there are some (but not many) companies that offer finance to fund a purchase of a park home.
What Council Band rating are the homes?
All homes are designated Band A for council tax purposes.
Are there any additional living costs?
You will have to pay a monthly Pitch Fee which covers the cost of pitch rental and park management upkeep costs. You will also have to pay for Gas, electricity, water and sewerage charges.
Is the Pitch Fee likely to increase unexpectedly?
The Pitch Fee is revised annually in accordance with the Government published Retail Price Index (RPI). This means that the Pitch Fee could go up or down but is strictly governed by these published figures.
