RS Hill & Sons Ltd is a family run business based in Fareham, Hampshire originally established in 1936 having acquired an impressive portfolio of professionally managed Park Home Estates throughout the South and South West. We have many other varied businesses including considerable farming interests and Business I.T. and Communications.

We aim to provide open and clear advice to anyone who is considering a move to a residential Park home and would be delighted if you choose to make your home on an RS Hill & Sons Ltd park.

Managing our Residential Parks

Many of our parks are owner occupied although we do have some homes available to rent. All parks are aimed at adults over 55 years, semi retired and retired.

We like to run our Parks in a friendly and professional manner with care taken to meet any legal or moral obligations.

Our Park Home Estates are fully approved by local authorities and adhere to the terms and conditions of the Mobile Homes Act 1983. All properties on our Estates have these terms written into our Mobile Homes Tenancy Agreement and this is signed by both parties prior to occupation to ensure there is no confusion.

All of our Estates have a dedicated site warden with the majority for operational reasons living on site. We manage our Park Home Estates properly to ensure that all health, safety and maintenance issues are dealt with to a high standard. Evidence of this is available on each Estate notice board.

BH&HPA members

RS Hill  & Sons Ltd are members of the BH&HPA (British Holiday & Home Parks Association), a professional organisation which serves the interests of the park owners to improve parks through conservation initiatives and park management processes. It also keeps members informed about current legislation within the park home industry.

We are also full members of the NCC (National Caravan Council).
